Home Fit Program is a 8 week full body training program created by Miss Emma Troupe!
HFP focuses on sculpting a strong, sexy and well built full body physique with science proven, UNIQUE workouts in the comfort of your own home.
Minimal Equipment is required
Resistance band (long and mini booty band - available in the shop)
Bench, step or riser
Medicine ball (any ball similar size will work)
Focuses on lower body, upper body and core through strength and conditioning training. Build muscle in all area's of the body!

Lift and build the glute muscles of your dreams!
Burns unhealthy body fat around the stomach, love handles, legs and underarms.
Includes step by step guidelines on how to use the program for YOUR OWN SPECIFIC GOALS - Weight Loss, Weight Gain or Body Recomposition (replacing body fat with muscle).
4 x per week, 8 weeks. 30 minutes - 1 hr workouts
